Who they are and what we checked
Loti Labs is a US research peptide seller that ships domestically by USPS and UPS and publishes a toll-free phone number but no address. The catalog covers vials, capsules and blends, with BPC-157 in a vial, in capsules and in a blend with TB-500 among the listings we recorded. The about page describes the company as a founding member of the American Peptide Association and claims GMP-compliant manufacturing in the United States, and it gives the company’s experience as nine years in one place and more than fourteen in another. The one thing a reader should know is that the outside test record for this company’s BPC-157 is poor, and nothing the company publishes is specific enough to answer it.
For this review we opened the certificate archive and the BPC-157 product page, read the about page and the shipping and returns policy, looked for an address and an email, and checked Trustpilot. We then read Finnrick’s BPC-157 test results and its vendor report for Loti Labs, which is the only independent evidence available. Each finding is attributed to its source.
What the certificate archive actually shows
Loti Labs keeps an archive at lotilabs.com/coas-updated/ and states that every batch receives a certificate. The BPC-157 product page links a certificate image dated June 17, 2026, which is recent and lot-related, and the record confirms HPLC and mass spectrometry on the strength of the documents. An archive that is updated and a certificate that is dated are the right habits, and they place Loti Labs above the storefronts that post nothing or post one old sample.
The archive does not name the laboratory that produced any of the documents, and neither does the site. That omission turns a dated certificate into a dated assertion, because there is no issuer a buyer can contact to confirm the result. Endotoxin and sterility are not mentioned anywhere, and we record both as unknown. The BPC-157 page also gives two different purity figures, 98 percent or better in one section and 99.7 percent in another, without explaining which applies to the current batch.
Finnrick’s independent record is where this review turns. Finnrick tested five BPC-157 samples from Loti Labs and recorded 2 passes and 3 fails, giving the product a 48 percent rating. In practice, that means that of the five vials Finnrick bought and analyzed, three did not match what the label said. Finnrick’s vendor report also flags that Loti Labs shares infrastructure with other storefronts, a finding we report as Finnrick’s rather than our own. Set against the field, a dated but unattributed archive and an outside failure rate of three in five puts Loti Labs in the lower group for anyone whose first question is whether the vial contains what it says.
The company, the prices and the fine print
The company publishes a phone number, 833-962-6682, and nothing else by way of contact: no email, no street address, no city. The two figures for company age on the about page, nine years and more than fourteen, cannot both be right. The Trustpilot page returns HTTP 451, the status for content withheld for legal reasons, on both the main and the UK subdomain, so there is no review profile to read. A research-use-only disclaimer is present. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company.
Prices are mid-market. The 5 mg BPC-157 vial is $49.99, the 5 mg plus 5 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 blend is $79.99, and a 30-count BPC-157 capsule product is $55.99. Free shipping begins at $99, one of the lower thresholds we track. Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern on a weekday ship the same day by USPS or UPS. Shipping is to US addresses only, and international orders are not offered. Payment is by card or by same-day ACH through Link Money, and a buyer who wants chargeback protection should use the card rather than the transfer.
The returns terms are among the better ones in this market. Unused, unopened product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and the company describes this as a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The terms do not address a vial that fails an independent retest, and given Finnrick’s results that is the situation a buyer is most likely to face. An unopened-product refund does not help once the vial has been opened to test it.
The claims on the about page deserve a separate word, because they are the kind a buyer tends to take at face value. GMP-compliant manufacturing and USA manufacturing are both asserted without a certificate, a facility name or a registration number. Founding membership of the American Peptide Association is a self-description that we could not check against any published roster. None of these claims is implausible, but none is documented, and a company that cannot keep its own age consistent between two sentences has not earned the benefit of the doubt on the rest. A buyer should treat the about page as marketing until the company publishes something that can be verified.
Bottom line
Loti Labs is easy to buy from: same-day dispatch, free shipping at $99, card payment and a 30-day return window on unopened product. It is hard to trust: no laboratory, no address, no email, a blocked review profile, two purity figures and two company ages on its own pages. Above all, Finnrick’s independent tests found that three of five BPC-157 samples did not pass. If you order here anyway, use a card, keep the order small and plan to test the vial yourself. If you want a certificate from a named laboratory or an outside record that supports the label, Loti Labs does not currently offer either.
What we liked
- A certificate archive exists at lotilabs.com/coas-updated/, the company claims a certificate for every batch, and the BPC-157 page links a certificate image dated June 17, 2026.
- Unused, unopened product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase under a stated satisfaction guarantee.
- Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern on weekdays ship the same day, free shipping begins at $99, and a phone support line is published.
- Payment is by card or same-day ACH through Link Money, both of which leave a record.
What we would want fixed
- No testing laboratory is named on the site or on the certificates.
- Finnrick, an independent testing aggregator, recorded 2 passes and 3 fails on BPC-157 samples from this vendor, a 48 percent rating, and its vendor report flags shared infrastructure with other storefronts.
- No street address is published, the Trustpilot page returns HTTP 451 on both the main and UK domains, and the about page cites both '9 years' and '14+ years' of experience.
- The BPC-157 page states purity inconsistently, 98 percent or better in one place and 99.7 percent in another, and endotoxin and sterility testing are not mentioned.

Frequently asked questions
Does Loti Labs publish COAs?
Yes. There is a certificate archive at lotilabs.com/coas-updated/ and the BPC-157 product page links a certificate image dated June 17, 2026. The company says every batch has one. No laboratory is named on the certificates or the site, so the documents cannot be verified with an issuing lab.
Is Loti Labs third-party tested?
The company says so but names no laboratory. Finnrick, an independent aggregator, tested five BPC-157 samples from Loti Labs and recorded 2 passes and 3 fails, and its vendor report notes shared infrastructure with other storefronts. That is the only outside evidence available.
Where is Loti Labs located?
The site does not say. It publishes a phone number, 833-962-6682, ships from the US to US addresses only by USPS or UPS, and gives no street address, city or email. The company describes itself as a founding member of the American Peptide Association and claims GMP-compliant US manufacturing.
How much is BPC-157 at Loti Labs?
The 5 mg vial is $49.99, a 5 mg plus 5 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 blend is $79.99, and a 30-count BPC-157 capsule product is $55.99. Free shipping starts at $99, and orders before 1 pm Eastern on weekdays ship the same day.
