Editorial policy
Sourcing
Every factual field on a supplier page comes from the supplier's own public pages or from a public record (regulator, registry, trust site). Where we could not verify a field we print "not verified" rather than a guess. Each page lists its sources.
Research-use framing
All suppliers listed sell materials labeled for laboratory research use only. Pages describe suppliers, documents and business practices. They do not describe, suggest or evaluate any use of the materials in people or animals, and they contain no dosing, protocol or outcome information. Nothing on the site is medical advice.
No reviews, no ratings
We do not solicit, collect, display or mark up customer reviews, testimonials or star ratings. Scores are editorial outputs of a published formula.
Independence of the formula
The formula and weights are published on the methodology page. Changes to the formula are applied to every supplier at once and noted on that page with a date. No supplier is scored by a different rule.
Corrections and updates
Corrections are accepted from anyone with evidence and applied at the next regeneration. Each page shows when it was last updated. Closed suppliers stay on the site, marked closed, because old recommendations elsewhere keep sending readers to them.
