Koi Peptides review

koipeptides.com · Sheridan, WY (registered address); warehouses Austin, TX and Long Beach, CA · since 2022
OperatingRank #6 of 49Updated 2026-10-19

Verdict. Koi Peptides publishes a lot-searchable certificate library with direct PDF links, and the Freedom Diagnostics document we opened reports HPLC purity, LC-MS identity and net content, which is a good start. The same storefront never names that laboratory in its copy, lists a certificate for one lot and links a PDF for another, and quietly redirects its BPC-157 page to a differently named company at the same registered-agent address.

Two names at one address

Koi Peptides is the brand of Koi Research Labs LLC, a company that says it was founded in 2022 and that its products are synthesized and lyophilized in the United States at a partner facility it does not name. The published address, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, is a registered-agent location, and the company ships from warehouses in Austin, Texas and Long Beach, California. The catalog is lyophilized vials: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, MOTS-c, NAD+ and a set of GLP-class items sold openly under coded names such as GLP-1 SG, GLP 2 (TZ) and GLP 3 (Reta). The one thing a buyer should know before reading further is that the storefront’s BPC-157 page does not stay on the storefront.

When we followed koipeptides.com/product/bpc-157/, the server returned a 301 redirect to kylopeptides.com. That site is operated by Kylo Labs LLC, gives the same Sheridan address with a different phone number, names Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics and Vanguard Laboratory as its laboratories, and has its own Trustpilot profile at 4.3 from 13 reviews. Neither site carries a rebrand notice or any statement of the relationship. For this review we read Koi’s homepage, about page, FAQ, shipping policy and certificate library, opened the BPC-157 PDF, followed the redirect and read the Kylo page, and checked Trustpilot and the public record for both names.

What the certificate library actually shows

Koi’s library at koipeptides.com/coa/ is built the right way. It is searchable by lot, it links directly to PDFs, and it needs no account. The BPC-157 10 mg certificate we opened came from Freedom Diagnostics and reports purity of 99.62 percent by HPLC-UV, identity confirmed by LC-MS and a net content of 12.14 mg against a 10 mg label. A lot-level document from a named laboratory with purity, identity and quantity is a good certificate, and on its own it would place Koi in the upper group.

Two things pull it back. The first is attribution. The site never names Freedom Diagnostics or any other laboratory; its copy refers only to an “independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory”, and the lab’s name is visible only inside the PDF. The second is consistency. The library’s index entry for BPC-157 shows lot 2604060200 tested on April 7, 2026. The PDF that entry links to is Freedom Diagnostics accession 2605290215, reported on May 31, 2026, for a lot identified as “Clear Blue Cap”. An index that says one lot and a document that says another is the kind of mismatch that makes a buyer wonder which other entries are out of step, and the company should fix it.

There is also a gap between what is claimed and what is shown. The about page describes in-house HPLC and LC-MS followed by a blind retest at the accredited laboratory covering HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS metals, LAL endotoxin by the USP <85> and <161> methods, and sterility. The public certificate shows purity, identity and net content, and nothing else. We therefore record endotoxin and sterility as unknown. A buyer who needs those results has only the company’s description to go on.

The company, the prices and the fine print

Koi Research Labs LLC publishes its entity name, the Sheridan registered-agent address and a toll-free phone number, and carries a research-use-only disclaimer. The Kylo connection is the transparency problem: two brands, two phone numbers, one address and no explanation. We found no FDA warning letter naming either company; search results for “Koi” return letters to an unrelated CBD business. Trustpilot shows Koi at 3.9 from 32 reviews, 7 of them at the lowest rating, on a profile that Trustpilot notes was merged from other profiles.

Pricing is hard to pin down, which is itself a finding. The homepage’s “popular peptides” block listed BPC-157 at $0.00 when we checked. The 10 mg BPC-157 that the redirect delivers on Kylo is $49.95, and Kylo shows a 5 mg vial only at a member price. On Koi’s own homepage, a 10 mg coded GLP-class item is $69.95 and two others are $89.95. We could not confirm any 5 mg BPC-157 list price on koipeptides.com, and we record the tier as mid-market on the figures we could see.

Shipping is clearly stated. US orders placed before 2 PM Eastern on a business day dispatch the same day. USPS Priority takes two to four business days at $9.95 flat under $200 and free above it, with UPS 2-Day and Next Day Air available. International shipping is offered only to qualifying research institutions in Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and selected Asia-Pacific countries, with pre-approval. Payment is by card, ACH or wire.

The policies are fair for this market. There are no returns of opened vials. A damaged, incorrect or short shipment must be reported within 48 hours with photos, and the remedy is replacement or refund at the company’s discretion. A lost package with carrier confirmation is reshipped free. The FAQ adds the one promise that matters most: if a peptide does not match its certificate on independent retest, the company will replace it or refund the order.

Bottom line

Koi Peptides has built the right kind of certificate library and published a good document in it, and it ships quickly on clear terms with a retest guarantee behind the sale. What it has not done is name its laboratory in plain text, keep its index and its PDFs in step, publish the endotoxin and sterility results it describes, or explain why its best-known product page hands the buyer to a company with a different name at the same address. If you need HPLC purity and LC-MS identity on a lot you can look up, and you are content to pay by card and check the lot number against the PDF yourself, Koi is a workable source. If you need endotoxin or sterility data, or a company whose storefront is only one company, wait for the paperwork to catch up with the claims.

What we liked

  • The library at koipeptides.com/coa/ is searchable by lot and links directly to PDFs without a login.
  • The published Freedom Diagnostics certificate for BPC-157 10 mg reports 99.62 percent purity by HPLC-UV, identity confirmed by LC-MS and a net content of 12.14 mg.
  • The FAQ states that a peptide which does not match its certificate on independent retest will be replaced or the order refunded, and lost packages with carrier confirmation are reshipped free.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship the same day from warehouses in Austin, Texas and Long Beach, California, with USPS Priority at $9.95 flat and free over $200, and payment by card, ACH or wire.

What we would want fixed

  • The BPC-157 product URL on koipeptides.com returns a 301 redirect to kylopeptides.com, operated by Kylo Labs LLC at the same Sheridan, Wyoming registered-agent address with a different phone number, and neither site explains the relationship.
  • The testing laboratory is never named on the site, which refers only to an 'independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory'; the name Freedom Diagnostics appears only inside the PDF.
  • The library index for BPC-157 shows lot 2604060200 tested April 7, 2026, but the linked PDF is accession 2605290215 reported May 31, 2026 for a lot labeled 'Clear Blue Cap'.
  • The company claims in-house HPLC and LC-MS plus blind retests covering ICP-MS metals, LAL endotoxin and sterility, but the public certificate shows only purity, identity and net content, so endotoxin and sterility are unverified.
  • The published address, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, is a registered-agent address rather than an operating facility, and Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 32 reviews with 7 at the lowest rating on a profile merged from others.
