Who they are and what we checked
BioLongevity Labs is operated by F2 Nutrition LLC from Akron, Ohio, and it sells 46 research peptide listings in lyophilized vials and blends, including a line of bioregulators and a “Signature” range. The catalog includes BPC-157 and TB-500 in 10 mg, a blend of the two, NAD+ in 500 mg, GHK-Cu in 50 mg, MOTS-c, Epithalon, Ipamorelin, Thymosin Alpha 1 and a CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend. We saw no GLP-class products on the shop page or in search. The one thing to know is that this is a premium-priced supplier whose testing disclosure is among the more thorough we track, and whose prices and policies ask a lot in return.
For this review we opened the certificate library and the COA process page, read a product page from top to bottom, checked the about page for a legal entity and address, worked through the shipping, payment and refund pages, and looked at Trustpilot and the public record. A launch newsletter found in search names three co-founders, Josh Felber, Jay Campbell and Hunter Williams, but that detail does not appear on the vendor’s site and we treat it as background rather than as a verified fact about the company.
What the certificate library actually shows
The library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ is open to anyone past an age gate. It can be filtered by product and by batch, it is ordered newest first, and each batch has a certificate and a separate endotoxin report. The COA process page explains the program: the company says it does not test its own material and sends every batch to one of three named third-party laboratories, SafeCert Labs, BioRegen and AV Analytics. The panel listed there covers identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by either LAL or recombinant Factor C. Three named labs and a stated endotoxin method is more than most suppliers publish, and it earns BioLongevity a place in the upper group for disclosure.
The gaps are in the details rather than the structure. The individual library entries do not say which of the three laboratories issued them, so a buyer who wants to call the lab has to work that out from the document itself. Filenames carry batch identifiers but no dates. No sterility test is listed anywhere in the program, and we record sterility as unknown. The product page we read gives the purity specification as 99 percent or better by HPLC in one section and describes the method as UHPLC-MS in another, a small inconsistency but one that a company this careful elsewhere should have caught.
The company also describes its facilities as GMP and its three laboratories as independent and certified, and it describes SafeCert Labs as an independent CLIA-certified facility. None of these claims comes with a certificate or a registration number, and CLIA certification is a clinical laboratory designation rather than a standard for analyzing research material, so we record them as claims. BioLongevity also states that it is a member of the American Peptide Association, again without documentation.
The company, the prices and the fine print
On the company side BioLongevity does what we ask of every supplier. It prints its legal entity, F2 Nutrition LLC, and a street address at 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321, together with a support email. There is no phone number. The site carries a research-use-only disclaimer, a statement that the FDA has not evaluated its products, a statement that it is not a 503A or 503B pharmacy, and a 21+ age gate. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company. Trustpilot has removed the company’s profile with its standard notice that it violated the platform’s guidelines; we do not know why and record it as a missing track record.
Prices are at the premium end of the market. The 10 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 blend, 5 mg of each, is $119.97. Ipamorelin in 10 mg is $79.97, GHK-Cu in 50 mg is $84.97, Thymosin Alpha 1 in 10 mg is $129.97 and Epithalon in 20 mg is $94.97. There is no 5 mg BPC-157, and the standalone 10 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 appeared on the shop page without prices when we looked. Free shipping begins at $400, one of the highest thresholds we track. Payment is by major credit card only.
Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same business day. Domestic standard delivery is three to five business days by USPS Priority, with FedEx 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday options at one to two days. International shipping is limited to Canada and select destinations. The refund policy begins by saying the company cannot accept returns because of the fragile nature of the products, then carves out one exception: unopened product within 10 days of delivery, less a 15 percent restocking fee and the cost of the return label. Cancellations are accepted by email before shipment only. If a carrier confirms non-delivery, the company will reship at no cost. There is no purity guarantee beyond a general statement about customer satisfaction.
Bottom line
BioLongevity Labs publishes the program we want to see: three named laboratories, an open per-batch library, separate endotoxin reports, and a company name and address a reader can verify. The weaknesses are a library that does not say which lab issued each document, no sterility testing, GMP and membership claims without certificates, a removed review profile, and a price list and return policy that place the cost of all that assurance on the buyer. If your work needs mass-spectrometry identity and endotoxin data from a named outside laboratory and your budget can bear premium prices, BioLongevity is a well-documented place to order. If you need sterility results or a return window with your money rather than store credit at the end of it, other suppliers fit better.
What we liked
- The library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ is open behind an age gate only, filterable by product and batch, ordered newest first, with separate endotoxin reports per batch.
- The COA process page names three third-party laboratories, SafeCert Labs, BioRegen and AV Analytics, and states that the company does not test its own material.
- Testing covers identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by LAL or recombinant Factor C.
- The legal entity and street address are published: F2 Nutrition LLC, 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321, alongside research-use, FDA non-evaluation and 21+ statements.
What we would want fixed
- Trustpilot has removed the company's profile with its standard notice that it violated the platform's guidelines.
- Prices sit at the premium end, with the 10 mg BPC-157 and TB-500 blend at $119.97 and 10 mg Ipamorelin at $79.97, and free shipping begins only at $400.
- Returns are accepted only on unopened product within 10 days of delivery, less a 15 percent restocking fee and the cost of the return label.
- Certificate entries in the library do not state which of the three laboratories issued them, filenames carry batch identifiers without dates, and no sterility test is listed.
- GMP and 'three independent certified laboratories' are vendor claims with no certificate shown, and SafeCert is described as CLIA certified, a designation that applies to clinical testing rather than material analysis.
