The company and how we looked at it
Peptide Pros has been selling online since 2013, which makes it one of the older names in our set. The company is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida, and ships from a facility in Colorado by USPS. The range is wider than a pure peptide house: lyophilized vials, blends and bulk quantities sit alongside liquid SARMs and other research chemicals, so a buyer here is dealing with a general research-chemical supplier that happens to have a deep peptide line. The one thing to know before anything else is that the public certificate page stops in 2023.
We read the homepage, the BPC-157 product page, the COA reports page, the FAQ, the delivery guarantee page and one of the certificate PDFs itself. We looked for an address, a phone number and an email, checked for a research-use disclaimer and searched for warning letters and review-site history. All of the facts below come from those pages or from public records.
What the certificate page shows, and when it stopped
The COA page holds roughly 21 reports. Each one is tied to a lot number, and the issuing laboratory is named: MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona. The BPC-157 5 mg report we looked at is for lot AF98762213, and the documents cover identity by mass spectrometry and purity by UV detection. On those points Peptide Pros does what we ask of every supplier. A named outside lab and a lot number on the document are the two things that let a buyer check a certificate against something other than the vendor’s word.
The problem is time. Every report we could see is dated between 2021 and 2023, and the page carries a “MORE DATA COMING SOON” banner that has evidently been there a while. The BPC-157 product page does not link to a lot-level certificate at all. For a company that has been selling for more than a decade, a three-year gap between the last published report and today is the central weakness of the record, and it is the reason we class third-party testing here as limited rather than confirmed. A certificate from 2022 tells you about a lot that was almost certainly sold out long ago. Endotoxin and sterility testing are not documented anywhere on the site.
One further detail belongs here as an archive observation rather than a catalog fact. The COA page previously listed certificates for two GLP-class products dated 2023, while the homepage today shows no such listings. We note it because it shows the page is not maintained in step with the catalog, which is consistent with everything else about its dates.
The company, the guarantees and the fine print
Peptide Pros publishes a toll-free number, 1-888-391-1312, and states its founding year and city. It does not publish an email address or a street address, and it claims no certifications. A research-use-only disclaimer is present. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company.
Trustpilot has removed the company’s profile for going against its guidelines, so no independent review figure can be stated. Set against that absence, the site’s own review counts disagree with one another: 16,000+, 17,900 and almost 4,200 appear in different places. None of those numbers can be checked, and a company quoting three different totals invites the reader to trust none of them.
Pricing is mid-market. BPC 157 5 mg is $47.25 against a list price of $56.60, TB-500 2 mg is $37.25, Sermorelin 2 mg and Ipamorelin 2 mg are $23.99 each, and NAD+ 500 mg is $149.95. The total product count is not published. Peptide listings include BPC 157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Melanotan 2, SS-31 and NAD+, with GW-501516 and RAD-140 in liquid form on the research-chemical side.
Orders ship by USPS, most on the day they are placed; orders after 12 pm Eastern go out the next day, Sundays excluded, and all orders are processed within 24 hours. US shipping is free over $150 and international shipping is offered. Payment is flexible by the standards of this market: card, ACH, crypto and wire are all accepted, and the presence of card gives a buyer a dispute route that many competitors do not.
Returns are not accepted on products, which the company attributes to health and safety reasons. Two guarantees stand in their place. Products that test below 99 percent purity are replaced free, and the Delivery Guarantee reships at no cost if a package never arrives, after a wait of 14 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international ones. After two failed deliveries the buyer receives a final reship or a refund minus shipping and 20 percent. That is a more structured promise than most suppliers write down, and the delivery guarantee in particular is worth something to an international buyer.
Set against the field, Peptide Pros sits in an unusual position. Its documents are the right kind, from a named outside laboratory with lot numbers, which puts it ahead of the suppliers that post a single undated sample report or nothing at all. Its documents are also older than almost any other active library we track, which puts it behind the suppliers that refresh their certificates with each batch. A buyer deciding between those two readings should weigh how much the age of a report matters for their purpose. For a purchaser who needs to show that the vendor uses an outside laboratory at all, the archive is evidence. For a purchaser who needs to tie a specific vial to a specific result, it is not, and the company has not updated it in three years.
Bottom line
Peptide Pros has the shape of an established business: a decade in operation, a phone line, a named laboratory, several ways to pay and a written delivery guarantee. What it lacks is current paperwork. The public certificates are three years old, none is linked from a product page, and the review-site record has been removed while the site quotes three different review totals. A buyer who values payment flexibility and a reship promise, and who is prepared to ask the company for a current lot-matched certificate before ordering, can work with that. A buyer who wants to open a product page and see this year’s report for this lot will not find it here.
What we liked
- The public COA page holds lot-numbered reports from a named outside laboratory, MZ Biolabs of Tucson, Arizona, including a BPC-157 5 mg report for lot AF98762213.
- The company has sold online since 2013 and publishes a toll-free phone number, 1-888-391-1312.
- A written Delivery Guarantee reships at no cost if a package never arrives, and products that test below 99 percent purity are replaced free.
- Card, ACH, crypto and wire are all accepted, and US shipping is free over $150.
What we would want fixed
- Every certificate on the COA page is dated between 2021 and 2023, the page carries a 'MORE DATA COMING SOON' banner, and the BPC-157 product page links no lot-level report.
- Trustpilot has removed the company's profile for going against its guidelines, so no independent review figure exists.
- The site quotes three different review totals in different places: 16,000+, 17,900 and almost 4,200.
- Liquid SARMs and other research chemicals are sold alongside the peptides, so this is a general research-chemical supplier rather than a peptide house.
- Returns and refunds on products are not accepted, which the company attributes to health and safety reasons.

Frequently asked questions
Is Peptide Pros third-party tested?
Partly. The COA page shows roughly 21 lot-numbered reports from MZ Biolabs covering identity by mass spectrometry and purity by UV detection, which is the right kind of document. The problem is that all of them are dated 2021 to 2023 and none is linked from a product page, so we class the testing as limited rather than current.
Where is Peptide Pros located?
The company is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida, and ships from a facility in Colorado by USPS. It publishes a toll-free phone number but no street address or email.
Does Peptide Pros ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is offered, and the Delivery Guarantee asks buyers to allow 45 days for an international package, against 14 days domestic, before a free reship is issued.
What is the Peptide Pros guarantee?
Two promises stand in for a returns policy. Products that test below 99 percent purity are replaced free, and a Delivery Guarantee reships at no cost if a package never arrives. After two failed deliveries the buyer gets a final reship or a refund minus shipping and 20 percent.
